2.01 "We the People"

A postal truck operated by the Secret Service is transferring the Declartation of Independence and is hijacked by a group called the "Defenders." Harm is teamed up with Marine Major Sarah MacKenzie and newly promoted Lt. Bud Roberts, and together with Special Assistant Webb, they are to negotiate the return. O'Hara, who turns out to be Mac's Uncle, claims he has taken control of the Declaration to remind the people and the politicians of its meaning and spirit. When Mac reveals that O'Hara is her uncle, she reluctantly tells Harm where he is (Red Rock Mesa). According to reports O'Hara is looking for $50 million, which is news to him. It turns out that not all of O'Hara's men have the same motives.

***When Harm meets Mac for the first time in the Rose Garden, he feels as if he's seen a ghost, the behaviour which is not lost on Mac. The ghost Harm is dealing with is that of his ex-girlfriend, Diane, who died a year or so before. We see some flashbacks throughout the episode.

2.02 "Secrets"

After 8 years in prison, Corporal Jason Magida, a Marine convicted of 20 years for spying for Israel, escapes (posing as Corp. Fletcher), from Groton brig and his way leads him straight to Rear Admiral Chegwidden's office, who was involved in his original court-martial.

Magida takes the Admiral, Mac and Bud hostage. Demanding that he was framed, he insists that they retry him. The Admiral decides to assist the court-martial realizing that Magida was set up.

2.03 "Jinx"

While flying off the USS America an F-14 crashes and the pilot Lt. Tess McKee is killed. The squadron is rumored "jinxed" since there have been six previous fatal mid-air accidents since the Gulf War, including one that killed Harm's best friend six months earlier.

Harm and Mac learn that the rumor of a jinx stems from an accidental bombing of an Iraqi mosque during Desert Storm. Since the death of McKee, Ayers is the only one of the fliers involved in the Mosque bombng that's left. Harm fly's with Ayers in order to restore the squadron's confidence. However, when a mid-air refueling goes wack, and Harm's injured, it seems that the squadron may be jinxed after all.

2.04 "Heroes"

When a Navy Seal is killed by friendly fire during a mission, murder is suspected. Harm prosecutes, convinced it wasn't an accident, while Mac, convinced that is was, defends. As new evidence (it was suicide) comes to light, Harm must make a decision. This is the infamous episode where Harm fires a weapon in the courtroom.

***There's a scene where Harm is working on his new apartment and Mac brings dinner. Harm flirts, stating that the only place not a mess, that she can sit is on his bed.

2.05 "Crossing The Line"

After a crossing-of-the-line ceremony, a Navy Aviator accuses her CAG of sexual harrassment. However, the investigation is impeded by Congresswoman DeLong, who insists that the Aviator be sent on missions, despite the CAG's protesting that the Aviator is an "accident waiting to happen."

*Bud meets Harriet Simms for the first time.

2.06 "Trinity"

A Navy Lieutenant's baby is kidnapped, and it appears that the child's father, a member of the Irish Real Army, is responsible. When Harm and Mac attempt to find the child, they find themselves in the middle of the struggle between the IRA and the British Government.

Whole new ball game

Bud takes part on a panel along side a bunch of admirals and generals, which are reviewing candidates to become Chief Counsel to the Chief of Naval Operations.

They review the file of Col. Cresswell, who’s a Marine. A Marine maybe advising the chief of Naval Operations has everyone up in arms and in a funk of crazy discussion about the repercussions.
Chegwidden's reputation and service was outstanding and his shoes are too big to fill.

The Secnav wants an honest assessment of the candidate.
Cresswell is questioned by senators in order to see if he’s the right candidate for the job.

Harm and Mac are sent to the USS Hennessey to investigate a case alongside with Canadian JAG officer LtCmdr Claude Pellerin. (yeah Canadian better represent! lol)

Harm and Mac on a carrier, possible shipperness.

Episode 10.06 ONE BIG BOAT

One big boat

Midshipman Dupree from episodes "Secret Agent Man" and "Pulse Rate" and Mike Roberts are on a Naval Academy sailboat. The sailboat is caught in a nasty squall. A female midshipman is thrown overboard but as they save her, another shipman goes missing.

Mac goes to the Academy to investigate what happened and if the commander in charge of the training sailboat was at fault. Turner will face Mac in the courtroom.

Harm gives Mattie a gift. :)

Episode 10.05 THIS JUST IN FROM BAGDAD

Episode 10.03 RETRIAL

Retrial

Back in 1981, a seaman got in trouble because he refused to pay a hooker when he found out she was a he. The battle that followed ended badly... Harm goes to the Leavenworth Prison where Alicia Montes debriefs him about Seaman Wainright and what happened in 1981. Harm's task seems to be to re-evaluate the case.

The Seaman always proclaimed his innocence, insisting that he accidentally stabbed the prostitute once. She was later found dead of multiple stab wounds. With help from outside legal counsel, Harm conducts an investigation into whether the authorities were negligent at the trial when they didn't inform his defense attorney that a convicted felon confessed to the murder before his death.

Alicia and Harm have dinner at some restaurant when her student, Rachel shows up with new information regarding the Wainright case. Unfortunately she's hiding some other information that could hurt the case.

Mac and Bud take care of the case regarding a man with four wives.

Episode 10.02 CORPORATE RAIDERS

*** I'm a little unsure of the order of eppys this season, I think this might actually end up being the third episode, where episode two could just be another continuation of the season opener (Going After Web).
Once again I'm not sure. But regardless, here are some spoilers for this episode:

During a skirmish in Kirkuk, a Marine is killed by what is supposed to be friendly fire but as Harm and Mac dig deeper into the case and its surrounding issues, they start to think a U.S. contractor might be behind it. That the contractor killed the Marine because he was providing shadow security info for a high up Kurdish leader.

Now I hear that Coates is supposed to be cooking dinner at Harm's apartment...I have no idea why, its probably for Mattie, but whatever the reason...I say step off COATS go back down the hall to your own apartment.
Anyway she ruins the dinner because it catches on fire.
Mattie arrives home early because her father gave her a ride home. (interesting)

(Edit to add: possible Mikey sighting, so we might see Mikey and Coates together.)

Sturgis is apparently in charge of JAG at the moment.

Episode 10.01 GOING AFTER WEB

Going After Webb

Harm is apparently going to be working with an attractive law professor on a case that takes them to Leavensworth Prison.

A man has been in jail for some 20+ years and the law professor claims he's innocent of the crime.
* Harm is unable to contact Mattie on the phone, he worries
throughout the eppy. Possible thoughts about having
children of his own come up.

At the beginning of the episode, Mac heads to Hawaii to identify and collect the remains of Webb. When she arrives she finds that Webb's mother has already identified and collected his body.
* not sure if they (mac & mrs. webb) encounter one another.
* Webb has indeed faked his death, yet again.

NEW * As Mac deals with coming to terms with Webb's death during a top-secret CIA mission, Mac returns home to find Simon Tanveer (guest star Ed Quinn), a former British operative (MI-6), waiting for her with the news that there is a hit man on the hunt for those associated with Webb. Intrigued by Tanveer's story, Mac joins forces with him in an effort to uncover the mystery surrounding Webb's death. After barely surviving an assassination attempt themselves, Mac and Tanveer enlist Harm's help in catching the assassin. Source: CBS

comments: as far as I can tell this eppy will take place in the time span of about a couple of weeks, picking up from where the season finale (Hail and Farewell) left off. No news of the growing relationship of Harm and Mac, other than we know it will be building up more. Mac's health issues will be key but not highly serious. (in other words, don't worry, no one is dying)

David Andrews has been cast as Creswell, the new JAG.

Hallee Hirsh confirmed that she will be back for at least part of next season and that Mattie is reconciling with her dad.

Catherine Bell has signed a new contract that will keep her on board CBS's JAG for two more seasons — one more than co-star David James Elliott is currently signed up for. "I don't know if [there will be] two more, but I'm committed to two more," says Bell. Source: TV Guide Online
